Sad news 

We're sad to hear that ~{BTF}~Hongka is leaving us. We really enjoyed your presence in the clan and you where a fine addition to us. Hope to see you soon and happy fraggin' in the future mate.

Recent matches 

We played POEMA last night for the Clanbase instagib ladder, and they challenged us for playing TeamDM. This was the first time we played TDM and it was only 3 vs 3. But we enjoyed ourselves, so did POEMA and that's what counts, although we lost, but we'll take em back on CTF :) We also have a demo of the second game and you can download it here

We played !AFE! last night for the clanbase instaladder, and just like the game vs PIK1 they started bitchin about lag, although 2 AFE members had reason to complain. But they played the first game and we took em 10-0 on coret, then we proposed to play the gauntlet map on their server, but they wanted to replay the whole war, so we just put down a default for that game, and let clanbase decide what is fair. If one of the following wars on clanbase turn out to be decided by clanbase again, we probably pull out. We're pretty fed up with the immaturity of some clans on clanbase. We play UT for joy, but obviously many other clans don't, and we don't like that.

Clanbase decision 

You probably know about the problem we had with PIK1, clanbase decided it was a default win for us, but no points where rewarded. So a total waste of time, al lot of bitchin and 2 very bad games and whole wasted evening.

Recent matches 

Last night we played [H] for the Barrysworld CTF league. We played a very good 1st game, a H member was having connectionproblems, but he solved that after 5 minutes. We took em by surprise wich resulted in a 6-0 victory. Our second game was horrible, they actually took us by surprise, they really had their act together. So they defeated us with 2-0, DOH! Anyway, it where 2 very enjoyable games, GG H.

We had some sort of game vs PIK1, but this is what happened:

PIK SAY THIS GAME WAS CANCELLED. THIS IS INCORRECT. Read on..

BTF had a server set up to play both games on as we agreed in the BTF v PIK emails.
PIK wanted us to try another server. So we went to their server and decided to play niven 5 on 5 there. Final score was 0-0.
BTF and PIK agree on this. However, their server was not set up for right time at the start, the game came into overtime when a 20 minute limit was required, on restarting a level the server scrambed the teams and for some reason other public players could join our clan match.

The server was set up incorrectly, and it spiked regularly for the majority of the BTF players, but still we played the game.

Then we went to the BTF server to play coret. The server had been setup *properly* hours before hand. After a PIK player had stopped moaning about a 122 ping, we started to play coret. after much battling btf put a cap past PIK. Next thing we know two of their players started bitching about pings and then left. this left the game as a 5 BTF v 3 PIK, which was unacceptable to continue playing, so we stopped. We waited for 5 minutes to see if the PIK players would come back, but they did not. BTF did not want to fight a lame fight of 5 v 3 so we all left the server.

PIK say the game was cancelled. BTF say that the first game on niven was 0-0 (on PIK server) and that the coret game (on BTF server) was defaulted to BTF because PIK's players left and didnt come back.

The AGREED rules in the email to PIK actually said we play BOTH games on BW, and they agreed to that. As i said, we played first game on their server to show that we play fair, then they all leave our GOOD server (atleast 3 of their players had sub 50 pings) so game 1 on niven was drawn 0-0 , and for game two BTF WIN BY DEFAULT.

Recent matches 

Tonight we played DZR for the 3rd Barrysworld CTF league match on Lavagiant. As expected they where better, but it was a very close game. A lot of our members had serious connectionproblems wich resulted in many minutes of play with a man short wich didn't help off course. Well, the result is on the results page.

Update 

I've updated the results page as good as i could do, but we're still missing a lot of results. So if any of you guys out there remember anything, please let me know.

An awesome match against ~{HTK}~ who we owned, normally it would've been a official clanbase instagib ladder match, but cryton pressed the wrong button >:( So it became a friendly. We took em 4-1 on coret and 6-1 on eternal caves. GG guys.

News 

I kinda took over the webmastering tasks, so expect some changes.
First thing i've done is brushed up the site a little, completed the fixtures page for this month, so check it out.

Recent matches

We just had an excellent Insta gib match against the DARK GOD clan. First game was Coret (Our choice), and as you might expect, we won :P. Score was 5-0 (We love that map)

The second game was a different kettle of fish. They picked Niven as their map, not the normal map of choice, but there you go.                                                                                                                                         Things started off as normal for Niven.....GRIDLOCK, then BANG, the server reset . After we got started again, we carried on with the usual stale mate. About halfway through the match, they attack with their whole team, leaving their base open. We took their flag, they took ours.......we got ours back. Fro there on in it was madness with DARK GOD scoring a cap and us scoring a further two.

 To cut a short story shorter, we won 3-1. Hooray for us :)

On Sunday night we had an insta gib match against DKC on Coret. Both teams played very well but in the end we sneaked in two caps to make it 0-0 2-0 to us :) 

Monday night saw the start of season three in the Barrysworld Unreal Tournament CTF League. The first map of the season was face, which saw us up against the Ghost Stalkers clan. Again both teams played well but we had the edge in team play. Ghost however had the edge in err.... unorthodox tactics.                                               

Anyway, the end result was, we won the first game 2-1 and they won the second game 3-2. Two points for our first match of the season, not a bad start. :)
